Fare Value Tickets (AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) is an independent travel agency. Refund eligibility for airline tickets is determined primarily by the airline's own fare rules and applicable DOT regulations — not solely by Fare Value Tickets. Our agents will always explain your available refund options clearly and transparently before processing any cancellation.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, airlines operating flights to, from, or within the United States must allow passengers to cancel reservations without penalty within 24 hours of booking, provided the flight departs at least 7 days from the purchase date. If you need to cancel within this window, call us immediately — we will process your cancellation and submit a full refund request to the airline on your behalf.
Fully refundable fares entitle you to a cash refund to your original payment method upon cancellation, minus any applicable Fare Value Tickets service fees. Refundable ticket holders may cancel at any time prior to scheduled departure and receive a full refund of the ticket amount from the airline.

If the airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you are generally entitled to a full refund to your original payment method regardless of fare type. Service fees charged by Fare Value Tickets for bookings, modifications, and cancellations are generally non-refundable, even when the underlying airline ticket qualifies for a cash refund. All service fees are disclosed prior to any transaction being completed. No fees are charged without your verbal authorization.
Fare Value Tickets does not control airline refund timelines. Once we submit your refund request to the airline, the processing period is determined by the airline's internal procedures.
