We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, owned by, or endorsed by any airline. We act as an accredited intermediary between travelers and airlines, facilitating the purchase of airline tickets and related services on our clients' behalf.
By contacting us, visiting our website, or engaging our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Fare Value Tickets provides the following services on behalf of clients:
All bookings are subject to availability and the fare terms and conditions of the relevant airline. We act as agent — not as principal — in all transactions.
Fare Value Tickets charges a service fee for bookings, flight changes, seat upgrades, and cancellations, in addition to any airline-imposed fares, taxes, or fees. All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction is confirmed. No charges will be made without your explicit verbal authorization.
Flight fares are set by airlines and are subject to change at any time until a booking is fully confirmed and payment has been processed. Verbally quoted prices are estimates only. The confirmed price is established at the time of booking completion and payment.
Payment is collected at the time of booking. By providing payment information, you authorize AIRTKTSERVICES LLC to charge the confirmed amount for the services you have requested. A booking confirmation will be issued upon successful payment processing.
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the individual airline's fare rules and applicable U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Fare Value Tickets service fees are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on timelines and eligibility criteria.
Flight changes are subject to airline availability and applicable airline policies, including any change fees or fare differences. We will communicate all costs to you before processing any modification. Name changes are subject to individual airline rules and may not be permitted on all fare types.
You are responsible for ensuring all passenger information is accurate, including names, dates of birth, and passport details. You are also responsible for:
Fare Value Tickets (AIRTKTSERVICES LLC) acts solely as an agent in all transactions. We are not responsible for acts or omissions by airlines, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, overbooking, or schedule changes. Our total liability for any service-related claim is limited to the service fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
We are not liable for service interruptions or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, airline strikes, or technical system failures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
